Grandis Park Sports Pavilion in Banksia Grove was officially opened along with the adjacent Banksia Grove Skate Park by City of Wanneroo Mayor Tracey Roberts JP and Counsellors on Saturday 27th of October 2018. Grandis Park Sports Pavilion includes much-needed change rooms, function hall, kiosk, kitchen, storage, first aid room, and universal access toilet.
SITE was engaged for phase one the project to present a concept design and development plan to the City of Wanneroo. Our design response was informed by economical construction, low maintenance and sustainability initiatives with the colour scheme in keeping with Banksia Grove. We were successful with phase one and were invited to submit a tender for the second phase. SITE was successful with the tender and we were delighted to be awarded the second phase.
