Michael joined SITE after several successful years working predominantly on educational and institutional projects. Working alongside Will Thomson, Michael was involved with high-profile projects such as Fremantle College, Eaton Science Building with the Department of Finance, and the Department of Education. He is also well versed in the design and documentation of high-end residential projects, including the delivery of design, planning approvals and authority liaison, client and consultant coordination, and community consultation. Michael brings significant coordination, project lead, BIM, and documentation skills to the SITE team.
Michael is an enthusiastic basketballer and cricketer, having played both sports since the age of six. He’s also a keen home cook, with Indian curries among his favourite recipes. Harmoniously bringing together a multitude of ingredients is not too dissimilar to what Michael does at work. In fact, the multidisciplinary and collaborative nature of architecture is what he most enjoys about his profession.
